E-Bid for Cafeteria SOD at Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University Islamabad

Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University (SZABMU) Islamabad invites eligible and well-reputed firms to submit Single Stage Two Envelope bids through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) under PPRA Rules 2004 for the provision of Cafeteria Services and School of Dentistry (SOD) related services at SZABMU Islamabad. Items being procured: - Cafeteria Services - Services related to School of Dentistry (SOD) The scope includes managing cafeteria operations and associated services at the university premises located in G-8/3, Islamabad. Bidders must ensure quality and quantity standards as SZABMU will not compromise on sub-standard items. Firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and be on the Active Tax Payer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue. A bid security of Rs. 200,000/- in the form of Pay Order/CDR in favor of SZABMU is mandatory. The scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded through e-PADS, and the hard copy submitted physically. Interested firms should have a regular business office, telephone numbers, an email address, and proof of existence in the business for at least three years. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions can be downloaded free of cost from https://eprocure.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted through e-PADS by or before 15-11-2026 at 11:00 AM. The hard copy of the bid along with the original bid security instrument must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly mentioning the name and reference number of the procurement activity. Envelopes should be delivered to the Purchase Office, 5th Floor, School of Dentistry, adjacent to CPSP Building, Ravi Road, G-8/3, Islamabad. Bids will be opened on 15-11-2026 at 11:30 AM through e-PADS in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. SZABMU reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA Rule 33.
