Pre-Qualification for Supply of Electric Items, Appliances, Sanitary Items, Miscellaneous and Expendable Items, Coloring Materials, Food Items, Ice and Computer Accessories

Airports Security Force invites pre-qualification applications from eligible suppliers for the supply of a diverse range of items required at ASF Garrison, JIAP Karachi. This opportunity is open to bidders registered with FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax, holding valid NTN and GST, and appearing on the Active Taxpayer List. The procurement is being conducted under PPRA Rule No. 16(A) and will lead to a closed framework agreement for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Electric items and appliances - Sanitary items - Miscellaneous items - Expendable items - Coloring materials (including oil paint, distemper, red oxide, mixing oil, lime, different brushes, scrapers, etc.) - Food items - Ice - Computer accessories Suppliers must ensure all items meet the technical and quality standards specified in the pre-qualification documents. The scope covers supply and delivery to the ASF Garrison at JIAP Karachi. All prospective bidders must register on the E-PADS PPRA (Federal) portal and submit their applications electronically via https://eprocure.gov.pk, as well as in hard copy (sealed envelope) with all required documentation. Only those applications received by the deadline will be considered; late submissions will not be entertained. Eligibility criteria include 100% compliance with FBR Active Taxpayer List, submission of GST/NTN certificates, and adherence to the technical requirements outlined in the pre-qualification documents. Earnest money or bid security requirements, if any, will be communicated as per the pre-qualification schedule. The deadline for submission is 28 September 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Store Office, ASF Garrison, JIAP Karachi.
