Tender Description

The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) invites sealed bids for the procurement of an Electric Shuttle (11-14 seaters) to be delivered as per the requirements outlined in the tender documents. This opportunity is open to eligible suppliers who can provide the specified vehicle in accordance with the technical and commercial criteria set by the Directorate in Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - Electric Shuttle (11-14 Seaters) The technical scope includes the supply of a fully functional electric shuttle with a seating capacity between 11 and 14 passengers. Bidders must ensure compliance with all technical specifications, and the offer must be accompanied by the required documentation, including a Bank Challan of Rs. 200 for DGDP registered firms or Rs. 300 for all other firms, DP-1 and DP-2 Forms of IT with compliance remarks, Annexes A, B, and C of IT, DP-3 Form of IT, Manufacturer Authorization Letter (if applicable), Manufacturer Price List (if applicable), DRAP registration letter (for medical items), DGDP Registration Letter (if registered), and Tax Filing Proof. The commercial offer must be submitted in a separate sealed envelope, along with the principal invoice and a duly filled DP-2 Form of IT. Eligibility requirements include registration with DGDP (if applicable), submission of Earnest Money as per the tender category (2% to 5% of the quoted value, subject to ceiling), and compliance with PPRA and DPP&I-35 rules. Firms must also provide proof of financial capability, NTN, and other supporting documents if awarded the contract. The deadline for submission is strictly enforced, and late bids will not be entertained. All offers must be submitted in sealed envelopes at the Directorate of Procurement (Navy), Through Bahria Gate, Near SNIDS Centre, Naval Residential Complex, Rawalpindi. A practical tip: Ensure all required forms and compliance documents are properly filled, signed, and included in the technical offer to avoid disqualification during the scrutiny process.
