Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites e-Bids from qualified contractors registered with PPRA and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the financial year 2026-27. The tenders cover a comprehensive range of electrification works across multiple districts including Upper Dir, Dera Ismail Khan, Mardan, Peshawar, Malakand, Swabi, Lower Dir, Upper Dir, Kohat, Karak, Lakki Marwat, Shangla, and others within Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. Items being procured: - Bifurcation of 11 KV New Warri Feeder Revised Upper Dir - Electrification works at District D.I.Khan (Flyover) - Electrification works in PK-54, PK-60, PK-56, PK-58, PK-57, PK-59, PK-61, NA-45, NA-09, NA-20, NA-21, NA-23, NA-22, District Karak, District Lakki Marwat - Area Planning of 11 KV Jameel Chowk, Yaka Toot, Phandu Road and Main Urmar Feeder for Commercial Feeder in Peshawar - Installation of Independent/Express Feeder Line to 2 CNG Stations and 1 Petrol Filling Station at Lachi on Express Road Kohat - Transportation of HT/LT Spun Poles from Wapda PC Poles Plant Jahangira to District Mardan - Bifurcation of 11 KV Garhi Kapoora Feeder & Re-Conducting / Re-Routing of 11 KV Takht Bhai Feeder Mardan - Bifurcation of 4 No HT Feeders: 11 KV Malandri, 11 KV Kali Bazzar, 11 KV Rustam, 11 KV Dang Baba - Various other electrification works including deposits, LT work orders, HT feeders, DOP works in districts Swat, Shangla, Lower Dir, Upper Dir The scope includes all kinds of electrification works such as bifurcation, re-routing, installation of feeders, transportation of poles, and electrification of commercial and residential areas. The works require PEC category C-6 and above. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with PPRA and PEC for 2026-27, active taxpayer status with FBR and KPRA, and experience of at least two contracts in the last ten years. Financial records audited by ICAP or ICMAP registered firms for the last three years are mandatory. Average Annual Turnover must be at least 70% of the estimated cost, with financial resources/cash flow at 30%. Tender documents are available on EPAD V 2.0 portal (http://www.eprocure.gov.pk). Tender fee of Rs. 2,000 per project is payable online to the specified ABL account. Bid security of 2% of estimated cost in the form of CDR is required. Additional 3% bid security is required if bid is below 10% of the engineer's estimate. All bids must be submitted online via EPAD V 2.0 by 05-10-2026 before 10:00 Hours. Opening of bids will be at 10:30 Hours on the same day. Partial, incomplete, or conditional bids will be rejected.
