Tender Description
The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites qualified contractors for a range of electromechanical, water supply, gas, POL repair, and road marking works at Gwa Gar and Hifz Gar in Balochistan. The procuring department is the Military Engineer Services, with the tender process managed through the GE (Svcs) Gujranwala Cantt office. The technical scope covers electrical and mechanical works including high tension and low tension electrification, water supply installations, Sui gas extensions, maintenance of motor transport vehicles, and repair of POL bulk facilities. Road marking and speed breaker painting at various locations are also included. The works are to be executed at Gwa Gar and Hifz Gar, requiring contractors to have relevant PEC registration and experience with MES contracts in categories A to F.
Applicants must submit their credentials to GE (Svcs) Gujranwala Cantt for pre-qualification. Contractors must provide certificates confirming no litigation with government departments and no outstanding reports from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation. Only prequalified contractors will be issued tenders. The submission deadline is 10 August 2026 by 11:30 hrs, with opening at 12:00 hrs the same day.
