Procurement of Electrostatic Powder Coating Paint (SSGC Green) with Pure Polyester Base

Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) Procurement Department Karachi invites sealed bids through EPADS v2.0 for the procurement of Electrostatic Powder Coating Paint (SSGC Green) with Pure Polyester Base under tender number SSGC/LP/EPADS2/PT/2194332 (P160194). The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 with delivery starting within 15 days after receipt of purchase order. Items being procured: - Electrostatic Paint & Thinner Powder Coating (SSGC Green) with Pure Polyester Base, 5,000 Kg per month, total quantity 15,000 Kg. The technical specifications require the paint to be polyester resin based, thermosetting powder coating with high gloss, adhesion, impact resistance, hardness, bending, weathering, corrosion resistance, specific gravity, curing at 200°C for 10 minutes, film thickness 50-90 microns, coverage 100-140 sq.ft/kg, and shelf life of 12 months at 25°C. Samples must be provided upon request. Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers registered with FBR and comply with all bidding document requirements including bid security of PKR 180,000 in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, or Bank Guarantee. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 before Thursday, November 5, 2026 at 12:30 PM. Original bid security must be submitted physically at SSGC Tender Room, Head Office Karachi before bid closing time. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated on least cost basis.
