Tender Description
The AJK Central Blood Transfusion / Regional Blood Center Muzaffarabad invites sealed bids for the emergency procurement of consumables for central blood transfusion services in Muzaffarabad during the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is managed by the Deputy Director/Program Manager at the AJK Central Blood Transfusion Service, Muzaffarabad. Bids will be received up to 22 September 2026 at 11:30 a.m. and opened the same day at 12:00 p.m. in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

- Emergency Procurement of Consumables items for central Blood Transfusion services Muzaffarabad
The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelopes bidding procedure as per AJK Public Procurement Rules 2017 (36B). Bidders must submit a single sealed envelope containing both technical and financial proposals. The procuring agency will evaluate technical proposals and reject non-conforming bids. Bid security (CDR) of Rs. 200,000 is required in the name of Deputy Director, AJK Central BTS/Regional Blood Center Muzaffarabad and must accompany the financial bid. Cheques are not accepted.
Bids remain valid until the approved list CPC 2026-27, with approved rates valid up to 30 June 2027. Bidding documents including specifications, quantity, terms, and conditions can be obtained until 21 September 2026 by submitting a written application and paying Rs. 1000 non-refundable fee via cash or bank draft in favor of Deputy Director / Program Manager, AJK Central Blood Transfusion Service/Regional Blood Center Muzaffarabad, situated at Abbas Institute of Medical Sciences (AIMS) Muzaffarabad, Azad Kashmir.
All applicable taxes and duties levied by GoAJK will be charged under admissible rules. Bids must be tape-bound, duly sealed, and contain proper page marking with signatures of authorized persons on each page. An affidavit on legal stamp paper of Rs. 100/- is required confirming the firm is not blacklisted by any government or public sector organization. False statements will lead to disqualification.
