Emergency Works: Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF Bases Sargodha, Bholari, Shahbaz, Samungli, Peshawar, Base E, and Base Q

Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and must not be involved in any litigation or have outstanding issues with the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C Branch, GHQ). Only contractors from the approved list of MES in categories A and B, with sufficient experience in the relevant field, are eligible to apply. Earnest money and bid security requirements apply as per standard MES and PPRA rules.
