The contractors must submit their applications for issuance of tender documents along with their credentials. Only firms with sufficient experience and meeting special conditions for the job and area will be issued tender documents. Firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and provide a copy of their registration. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible. Contractors must also be on the approved list of MES in categories A, B, C, D, or E and have relevant experience. Tenders must be received by 1130 hours on 15 September 2026 and will be opened on the same day at 1200 hours. Contractors may be present at the opening. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per PPRA rules.
