Engagement of Individual Consultant in Short Consultancy (Consultant Legal)

Sports Board Punjab, an autonomous body under the Government of Punjab, invites applications for the engagement of an Individual Consultant in Short Consultancy (Consultant Legal) on full time official working hours basis. The consultant will assist in drafting Rules and Regulations under the recently promulgated Constitution of Sports Board Punjab as notified in the Punjab Gazette on 29.04.2025. The scope includes drafting Tender / Expression of Interest Notices, Bidding Documents, Evaluation Reports, Letters of Award, Agreements related to public procurement, preparing written statements, replies, reports, and written comments in court cases, and providing legal opinion and advice as referred by the Director General Sports & Youth Affairs / Secretary Sports Board Punjab. Items being procured: - Engagement of Individual Consultant in Short Consultancy (Consultant Legal) Applicants must have the minimum required qualification and experience for the assignment. Interested consultants should submit their Expression of Interest in a sealed envelope to the Deputy Director (Admn), Sports Board Punjab, National Hockey Stadium, Ferozepur Road, Lahore by or before 5th October, 2026 (Monday) at 11:45 AM. The Expression of Interest Documents will be opened on the same day at 12:15 PM by the Individual Consultant Selection Committee in the presence of interested applicants. The selection process will follow Rule 46 of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. No telephonic, email, or faxed applications will be accepted. Incomplete applications will be rejected. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their submissions ensuring all required documents are complete and submitted on time to avoid disqualification.
