Provision of 10 Security Guards for NHA Sindh-North Regional Office Sukkur and Attached Offices

The National Highway Authority (NHA) Sindh-North Region invites e-Bids from interested security companies for the provision of 10 security guards for the NHA Regional Office Sukkur and its attached offices/locations at Moro, Shikarpur, and Larkana for a period of two years. This contract may be extended for an additional year with mutual consent and a 10% increase on an annual basis, subject to satisfactory performance as per NHA rules and policies. Items being procured: - 4 Security Guards for Regional Office (Sindh-North) NHA Sukkur - 2 Security Guards for NHA Complex Moro - 2 Security Guards for NHA Complex Shikarpur - 2 Security Guards for NHA Complex Larkana The minimum wages are fixed at Rs. 43,000 per month per guard as per government notification. The successful firm will be responsible for payment of all taxes, EOBI Fund, SESSI, and other relevant taxes in lieu of the guards. The procurement will follow a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Only companies with valid NTN/GST registration and relevant experience are eligible to participate. Registered companies must have NOC from the Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan, Home Departments of all provinces including Azad Jammu & Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan. Blacklisted companies or those terminated by NHA for poor performance are not eligible. Bidding documents can be purchased upon submission of a return application and payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2000 via bank draft or pay order in favor of National Highway Authority, Sukkur. Documents are also downloadable from the NHA website and must be attached with the e-Bids. Technical and Financial e-Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes by November 24, 2026 (Tuesday) till 1200 hours at the undersigned office. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 1230 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened later. A security deposit of Rs. 50,000 via Pay Order in favor of National Highway Authority, Sukkur is required. The company must comply with GOP policy regarding minimum salary/wages, insurance, EOBI, SESSI, and monthly submission of payment receipts to the Admin Officer. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the security deposit. Firms are advised to register on www.procure.gov.pk immediately as manual bids will be eliminated in upcoming procurements.
