Engineering Consultancy Services for Construction of Multipurpose Commercial and Residential Building at Warsak-II Peshawar

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Housing Authority (KPHA), located at ATI Campus University Road Peshawar, invites eligible engineering consultancy firms to submit proposals for providing consultancy services for the construction of a multipurpose commercial and residential building at Warsak-II Peshawar. The consultancy services required include vetting and review of design as well as detailed construction supervision. Items being procured: - Engineering consultancy services for construction of multipurpose commercial and residential building at Warsak-II Peshawar The scope of work involves detailed design review and supervision of construction activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications. Interested firms must be registered with the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS), Pakistan Engineering Council for the year 2026-27, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority with active status, and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) with active NTN status. Request for Proposal (RFP) documents can be downloaded from the official EPADS website (kp.eprocure.gov.pk) and KPPRA website (kppra.gov.pk). Alternatively, RFP documents may be obtained from the office of the Director General KPHA upon payment of Rs. 10,000/- (non-refundable) covering RFP charges and printing. Technical and financial bids must be submitted/uploaded through EPADS before the deadline of 17-11-2026 at 1100 hours. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Financial bids of only technically qualified firms will be opened later at a date and venue to be communicated. A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled on 05-11-2026 at 1100 hours at the office of the undersigned. The Director General KPHA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals as per KPPRA rules prior to acceptance.
