Engineering, Design, Fabrication, Supply, Erection and Installation of Pre Engineered Industrial Shed at PCSIR Lab Skardu

The Pakistan Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (PCSIR) invites electronic bids for the engineering, design, fabrication, supply, erection and installation of a pre engineered industrial shed at PCSIR Lab Skardu. This procurement is part of the PSDP project titled Establishment of Mineral Testing Lab at PCSIR Lab, Skardu under the PSDP project titled Exploration, Beneficiation and Extraction of Rare Earth Element, Precious Metals Critical Minerals in Gilgit-Baltistan Pakistan. Items being procured: - Engineering, design, fabrication, supply, erection and installation of pre engineered industrial shed The scope includes complete engineering and fabrication work for the industrial shed to be delivered and installed at PCSIR Laboratories Skardu on a FOR basis. Bidders must be well reputed and registered manufacturers, sole agents, authorized dealers, suppliers or government contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and active taxpayers on the FBR list. E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available on the EPADS v2.0 portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, October 19, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Earnest money of Rs. 2,300,000/- must be deposited in the form of bank draft or call deposit from any scheduled bank in favor of Director (Works). PCSIR reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your registration and tax status are up to date on the FBR active taxpayer list before submitting your bid to avoid disqualification. Also, strictly follow the EPADS v2.0 submission process to ensure your bid is accepted.
