Enhancement of existing Variable Refrigerant Flow VRF System 38 TR

The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) Islamabad is inviting e-bids from authorized distributors, suppliers, and service providers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities for the enhancement of the existing Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) System with a capacity of 38 TR. This procurement is specifically for the enhancement of the VRF system at NDMA Headquarters Islamabad. Items being procured: - Enhancement of existing Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) System – 38 TR The scope includes supply, installation, and ensuring an after-sales service facility for the delivered and installed system at the site location. The firms must be registered on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue and registered on EPADS. The technical scope involves upgrading the HVAC system to improve cooling efficiency and capacity. Eligibility criteria require firms to be duly registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, listed on ATL, and registered on EPADS. Bidders must provide a Bid Security in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft as per the bid data sheet. The original bid security and hard copy of bidding documents must be delivered to the NDMA office before the bid submission deadline. The last date for bid submission is 22 July 2026 by 1100 hours, with electronic bids to be submitted online at https://eprocure.gov.pk. Bid opening will be held at 1130 hours on the same day at NDMA Headquarters Islamabad in the presence of bidders’ representatives.
