Supply & Installation of Air-Conditioning Units Different Capacity for Major Renovation of CIBG and TCMG at 1st Floor, NBP Head Office Building Karachi

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering Division) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and installation of air-conditioning units of different capacities as part of the complete major renovation of CIBG and TCMG at the 1st Floor of the NBP Head Office Building in Karachi. Items being procured: - Split AC unit 1 ton capacity (Inverter Type) with net cooling capacity of 12000 BTU, EER ≥ 2.4, warranty of five years compressor and one year parts, quantity 3 Nos. - Split AC unit 1.5 ton capacity (Inverter Type) with net cooling capacity of 18000 BTU, EER ≥ 2.4, warranty of five years compressor and one year parts, quantity 8 Nos. - Split AC unit 2 ton capacity (Inverter Type) with net cooling capacity of 24000 BTU, EER ≥ 2.4, warranty of five years compressor and one year parts, quantity 12 Nos. - Floor Standing AC unit 4 ton capacity (Inverter Type) with net cooling capacity of 48000 BTU, EER ≥ 2.4, warranty of five years compressor and one year parts, quantity 6 Nos. - Installation charges for Split AC units including all accessories and wooden stands, quantity 23 Nos. - Copper piping for floor standing units of 4 ton capacity with electrical control wire and aero flax insulation, quantity 6 Nos. - Angle iron brackets for outdoor units with accessories, quantity 23 Nos. - Copper piping for split AC units with electrical control wire and aero flax insulation, quantity 200 Rft. - Copper piping for floor standing units with electrical control wire and aero flax insulation, quantity 300 Rft. The technical scope includes supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of inverter type air-conditioning units with specified energy efficiency ratios and warranty terms. All goods must conform to the technical specifications and standards outlined in the bidding documents. Bidders must be registered with FBR, have active sales tax status, and possess PEC category C6 or higher for HVAC installation and maintenance.
