Enhancement of Existing Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) System – 38 TR

The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), Islamabad, is inviting bids for the enhancement of its existing Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) System with a capacity increase of 38 TR. This project is specifically for the National Emergency Operations Centre (NEOC) located in Islamabad. The enhancement involves augmenting the current VRF system, which has a total capacity of 210 TR, by adding 2 x 19 TR outdoor units compatible with the existing TCL VRF system. This will increase the capacity of each of the two existing circuits currently serving the NEOC Hall. Items being procured: - 2 x 19 TR VRF outdoor units fully compatible with existing TCL system - Necessary modifications in existing circuits including resizing of refrigerant piping and ductwork - Testing and commissioning including functional testing, insulation resistance test, performance test at full load, earthing and protection - Minimum 3 year warranty and on-site service support The technical scope includes supply and installation of the outdoor units along with all required modifications to ensure seamless integration and operational reliability. The firm must provide after-sales service for the installed system at the site. The project is funded by the National Disaster Management Fund (NDMF) for FY 2026-27. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered on e-PADS, active on the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities. Firms must submit mandatory documents including bid security, proof of registration, affidavits regarding blacklisting and product authenticity, and evidence of financial capability with a minimum annual turnover of PKR 5 million.
