Establishment of Environment Protection Force in 10 Zones of Punjab (One at Lahore)

The Communication & Works Department, 3rd Building Division Lahore, invites bids for the establishment of Environment Protection Force in 10 Zones of Punjab, including one zone at Lahore. This procurement is conducted through E-Tendering as per Notification No.SOH-I(C&W)01-49/2023/3652 dated 26.05.2024. Items being procured: - Establishment of Environment Protection Force in 10 Zones of Punjab (One at Lahore) The tender is based on item rates with amount and total bid cost as required in the BOQ. Contractors/firms enlisted with PEC in category C3 or above and specialization code CE10 for the financial year 2026-27 are eligible. The contractor must produce an original PEC License with the relevant specialization. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals separately via the Punjab E-Procurement System website. Earnest money of 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted through 1-Link/Online Bank Transfer via PSID generated on the Punjab E-Procurement System website before the bid opening date. The procurement will be carried out through the E-Procurement System of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) developed by PITB. Manual bids will not be accepted. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance without assigning reasons. Key dates include the last date for submission of technical and financial bids on 11.11.2026 till 12:00 PM, with opening of technical bids on the same day at 12:30 PM. Financial bids will be opened 6 days after the publication of technical bids. Bidders are advised to carefully review the PPRA website for evaluation criteria and ensure timely submission of bids through the official e-procurement portal.
