Tender Description
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (KP-TEVTA) is inviting proposals from qualified, experienced, and financially sound firms for the development and implementation of integrated training institutes ERP and student-specific ERP based on Odoo Enterprise. The scope includes customization, implementation, data migration, training, and post-go-live support for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems tailored to KP-TEVTA's requirements.

- Customization, implementation, data migration, integration, training, and post-go-live support of Odoo Enterprise ERP for KP-TEVTA
The technical scope covers Odoo Enterprise ERP implementation, system customization, data migration, integration, and comprehensive training for KP-TEVTA's multi-location operations. Firms must demonstrate proven experience in similar large-scale ERP projects, especially in the public sector. Registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and appearance on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) are mandatory. All other eligibility requirements as prescribed in the RFP/Bidding Documents must be fulfilled. Bidders are required to submit a Bid Security of PKR 600,000 (refundable) in the form of CDR in favour of the Managing Director, KP-TEVTA. The original CDR must be submitted in a sealed envelope to KP-TEVTA before the bid closing date and time.
The procurement will be conducted under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure as per Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules, 2014. Proposals must be submitted through the KPPRA e-PADS System. The last date and time for submission is 16-09-2026 at 11:30 AM, with technical proposals opening on the same day at 12:00 PM.
