Procurement of Services on Annual Contract Basis and Research Material Plus Computer System

The Centre of Excellence in Molecular Biology (CEMB) Lahore invites sealed tenders/quotations under Single Stage-Two Envelopes (SSTE) Bidding and e-Procurement for the supply of equipment and required materials on an annual contract basis for Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4. Items being procured: - Lot 01: Hiring of Services of Chartered Accountant Firm - Lot 02: High Performance Computer System - Lot 03: Medicine for Research Purpose - Lot 04: Research Material The procurement includes specialized services of a Chartered Accountant firm, a high-performance computer system for advanced research computing, medicines required for research purposes, and various research materials. Bidders must submit a non-refundable fee of PKR 1,000 per lot and provide a bid security of 2% of the estimated price for each lot, attached with the technical bid. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of CDR in the name of Director, CEMB. Technical bids will be opened on September 7, 2026, at 10:30 AM at the Purchase Section, CEMB, University of the Punjab, Lahore. Financial bids must be uploaded on the e-procurement portal. Interested firms, manufacturers, authorized distributors, contractors, and suppliers with relevant experience and FBR/ATL registration are eligible to participate. Tender documents can be downloaded from the CEMB official website or obtained against the fee. The Director CEMB reserves the right to reject any or all tenders.
