Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) Karachi is inviting tenders for the establishment, operation, and maintenance of foreign currency exchange counters at Jinnah International Airport Karachi. This opportunity is specifically for registered companies, firms, joint ventures, or sole proprietors with relevant experience, good reputation, and sound financial background. The concession period is five years with a 10% annual enhancement on a cumulative basis during subsequent years. Items being procured: - Establish, Operate & Maintain 02 Foreign Currency Exchange Counters (One Each Inside International Departure & Arrival Lounges of Jinnah Terminal, JIAP Karachi) The technical scope includes setting up and managing two foreign currency exchange counters inside the international departure and arrival lounges at Jinnah International Airport. The concessionaire will be responsible for all operational and maintenance activities during the contract period. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have 80% weightage in their technical evaluation, NTN registration, and a good financial standing. Earnest Money must be genuine; any fake or bogus pay orders will lead to cancellation and blacklisting. Defaulters of PAA dues are not eligible to apply. Tender forms can be obtained from the Office of Officer In-charge, Commercial, Room No.3016-17, Level-III, JTC, JIAP Karachi during working hours upon submission of a written request with CNIC and NTN copies and payment of Rs. 5,000/- non-refundable fee. Submission deadline is 13-08-2026 by 11:00 hrs at the Main Conference Room (Room No.6035), Level-VI, Jinnah Terminal, JIAP Karachi. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 hrs the same day.
