Establishment of Baking Lab for Expansion of Hospitality (Meraki) Lab in Existing Building of GTTI Gulberg Lahore

The TEVTA Secretariat Lahore invites bids for the establishment of a Baking Lab to expand the Hospitality (Meraki) Lab within the existing building of the Government Technical Training Institute (GTTI) located in Gulberg, Lahore. This procurement is conducted through the Punjab E-PAD system under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. The contractor must be registered with PEC, FBR, and PRA for the current financial year and must not be blacklisted by TEVTA. A stamp paper undertaking of Rs. 300/- is required. The contractor must produce an original PEC license with the relevant specialization codes at the time of tender opening. Eligibility requires contractors/firms enlisted, renewed, and active on the Punjab E-PAD system, with registration on the PPRA E-Tendering portal. Tender documents must be submitted online; manual bids will not be accepted. Bidders must sign and stamp every page of the bid document. Bid security of Rs. 37,080/- (2% of estimated cost) must be submitted online as per PPRA and EPROCUREMENT rules.
