Establishment of Biomechanics Labs at Department of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering

The Pak-Austria Fachhochschule: Institute of Applied Sciences & Technology (PAF-IAST), Hairpur, invites sealed bids from firms registered with FBR and having active taxpayer status for the establishment of Biomechanics Labs at the Department of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering. This procurement is aimed at equipping the department with necessary lab facilities to enhance research and practical learning. Items being procured: - Establishment of Biomechanics Labs including all required equipment and materials as detailed in the tender document. The bidder must be registered and duly recognized in Pakistan with FBR and possess Manufacturer's status or Distributor/Dealer/Supplier status with sufficient financial, technical, and human resources to complete the task within the prescribed time limit. The tender submission shall be made through EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System). Bids must be prepared according to the instructions in the bidding documents and submitted via EPADS on or before Tuesday 17 November 2026 @ 11:00AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30AM. Manual bids are not accepted. E-bidding documents with detailed terms, conditions, and specifications are available on EPADS at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk. Bidders should submit Earnest Money amounting to 2% of their bid value in the form of CDR as per instructions. Original Bid Security must be submitted before bid closing time, or the bid will not be opened. The tender follows KPPRA Rule 6 (2)(b) Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure. Electronic bids will be opened in the presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders who choose to participate.
