Procurement of Building Store Items for Rawalpindi Teaching Hospital

Rawalpindi Teaching Hospital Rawalpindi invites bids from well reputed firms and contractors registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Professional Tax and listed as Active Taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue. The procurement is for Building Store Items through the e-Tendering system on the e-Punjab Acquisitions and Disposal platform. Items being procured: - Building Store Items The procurement will follow the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules-2014 on a Single Stage Two Envelope basis. Bidders can download bidding documents free of cost from the PPRA website http://eprocure.gov.pk and the e-PADS portal https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically via the e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System by 17.11.2026 at 11:00 a.m. The technical bid hard copies must also be submitted as bid security/performance guarantee by the same date and time at the Purchase Cell, Rawalpindi Teaching Hospital Rawalpindi. The hospital will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in preparing or submitting bids. All procurement procedures including receiving, opening, and awarding will be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules-2014 and the e-Punjab Acquisitions and Disposal System. The purchaser reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 35 of the PPRA Rules 2014.
