Establishment of Government Girls College at Lyari and Government College at District Keamari Karachi

The College Education Works Karachi Division invites tenders under Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure through print media and the EPAD portal of SPPRA for the establishment of two government colleges in Karachi. Items being procured: - Establishment of Government Girls College at Lyari, District South Karachi (ADP No. 183 of 2026-2027) with an estimated cost of Rs. 129.340 Million - Establishment of Government College at District Keamari Karachi (ADP No. 187 of 2026-2027) with an estimated cost of Rs. 130.580 Million The scope includes construction works for the establishment of these government colleges, requiring contractors with relevant experience and valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in categories C-4 or above, CE09 and CE10. Bidders must also be registered with FBR and SRB and comply with SPPRA Rules-2010 (amended to date). Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-PAD system before 26-10-2026 at 11:00 A.M. along with the bid security in the form of Call Deposit, Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in favor of the Executive Engineer, College Education Works Karachi Division. The tender fee of Rs. 5,000 must be paid via Pay Order and attached with the technical documents. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 A.M. at the office located at Plot # 95, Depot Lines, Behind Coast Guard Headquarters Karachi. In case of non-response on the closing date, the next submission date is 12-11-2026 till 11:00 A.M. with bid opening at 11:30 A.M. Bid validity is 90 days. Only online bids will be accepted; no physical bids will be received. The bid security will be released to unsuccessful bidders within seven days after contract signing or expiry of validity period.
