This tender invites contractors to undertake the establishment of the Government College Sann, including the construction of the main building with ground and first floors in Jamshoro under the College Education Works Department, Hyderabad. The project involves comprehensive civil works such as excavation, brickwork, reinforced concrete, plastering, flooring with marble and tiles, aluminum and wooden joinery, painting, and plumbing and sanitary fittings. The site is located in Jamshoro, Sindh, and requires adherence to the Composite Schedule of Rates (CSR) 2024 with a contract period of 24 months.
The scope includes detailed construction activities with precise technical specifications, including RCC work, masonry, finishing, and installation of water supply and sanitary fittings. The tender demands submission of a technical proposal with company profile, evidence of similar completed works, machinery and equipment details, technical and managerial staff qualifications, and financial statements confirming cash availability of 20% of the estimated cost.
Bidders must ensure compliance with PEC category CE-10 for civil engineering works and maintain active FBR/ATL status for the fiscal year 2025-26. The tender fee and earnest money in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) are mandatory. The bid validity period is 90 days, and no joint ventures are allowed. The evaluation will be based on technical and financial proposals submitted in separate sealed envelopes.
The submission deadline is set for 20th April 2026 at 10:00 AM, with technical bids opening at 10:30 AM the same day at the Office of the Executive Engineer, College Education Works Department, Hyderabad, Bungalow No.204, Behind Beacon House School, Qasimabad Phase-II.
