Tender Description
The Local Govt Dera Bugti invites sealed tenders from eligible contractors/firms for various development works under a scheme. Bidders must provide a Bid Security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of a Call Deposit (Refundable). The non-refundable Tender Form Fee is Rs. 1000 for each tender, payable at any National Bank of Pakistan Branch in Balochistan Province through Green Bank Challan under account C03870, verified by the District Accounts Officer.

The scope includes civil works, solar installations, and renovation at educational and community facilities in Sui Dera Bugti. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority and have active tax payer status. Experience of at least 3 similar assignments and financial capacity with turnover of at least PKR amount in 3 subsequent previous years is mandatory.
Bid Security of 2% must accompany the bid in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee. Tender documents can be downloaded from the BPPRA website. The bid validity period is 90 days. Issuance of tender documents is available from the date of publication during office hours. The last date for bid submission is 21 October 2026 by 10:00 AM sharp at the office of the Assistant Director Local Govt Dera Bugti. Tender opening will be on the same day at 11:00 AM.
