Evaluation Form for Firms/Workshops for Repair, Maintenance and Supply of Spare Parts, Lubricants and Accessories for Official Vehicles

This notice invites firms and workshops to submit their evaluation forms for providing repair, maintenance services and supply of spare parts, lubricants, and assorted accessories for official vehicles. The scope includes availability and non-availability details of spare parts, assorted lubricants, assorted accessories of all vehicles, and supply and replacement of batteries. Repair and maintenance services cover mechanics of all kinds, mechanical, electrical, engineering works, radiators and bumpers, denting and painting, wheel balancing and alignment services, air conditioning (heating and cooling), and pick/drop/towing services. Items being evaluated: - Spare Parts - Assorted Lubricants - Assorted Accessories of all Vehicles - Supply & Replacement Batteries - Mechanics of all kinds - Mechanical Services - Electrical Services - Engineering Works - Radiators / Bumpers - Denting & Painting - Wheel Balancing & Alignment Services - Air Conditioning (Heating & Cooling) - Pick / Drop / Towing Service Firms/workshops are required to provide their full particulars including firm/workshop name and address, name of payee, vendor number, bank details, GST/CNIC, NTN, STRN numbers, mobile number, and email ID (preferably Gmail). This evaluation is intended to pre-qualify firms for future procurement of vehicle repair and maintenance services and supply of related parts and accessories. Interested firms should ensure their information is complete and accurate to facilitate smooth processing. The evaluation will help the procuring entity shortlist capable and reliable suppliers and service providers. Earnest money or bid security is not applicable at this stage as this is an evaluation form submission. The submission deadline is within seven days from the date of notice publication. Firms should submit their forms as per instructions provided by the issuing authority.
