Expansion of Existing Fortinet-Based Enterprise SD-WAN, Network Security and Centralized Management Solution for KCBL

Karakuram Cooperative Bank Limited (KCBL) in Gilgit-Baltistan invites sealed bids from service providers registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), Federal/Provincial Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, and listed on the Active Tax Payer List of FBR for the expansion of their existing Fortinet-based Enterprise SD-WAN, Network Security, and Centralized Management Solution. Items being procured: - Fortinet-Based SD-WAN and Network Centralized Management Solution for KCBL This procurement involves expanding the current network infrastructure with Fortinet technology to enhance security and centralized management capabilities. The project requires bidders to have extensive experience in providing Fortinet devices, especially within banking or financial institutions. The scope includes technical and financial bid submission, with a 5% earnest money requirement. Bidders must submit a Non-Disclosure Agreement valid for 3 years, along with CNIC and Company Authority Letter. Eligibility criteria include registration with SECP, active sales tax registration (exempted in Gilgit-Baltistan), a minimum of 8 years operational experience, proven track record with at least 3 banks, annual sales turnover of at least PKR 30 million in the last three years, and submission of financial statements and banker's creditworthiness certificate. The tender documents are available after submission of the NDA. Bids must be submitted by registered post or courier by 11:00 AM on **September 3, 2026**. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 PM. Completion is expected within 30 days after the successful bid.
