Tender Description
The Horticulture Agency Rawalpindi (HA) invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from reputed firms, advertisers, and traders for the adoption, beautification, and uplift of parks and chowk within its jurisdiction in Rawalpindi. The authority seeks proposals for creative development including plantation, light effects, motifs, or other materials, with the sponsor responsible for ongoing maintenance of their work on a sponsorship basis.
