Expression of Interest (EOI) for Advertising Agencies by Pakistan Telecommunication Authority

Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from Advertising Agencies/Firms for handling its national and international publicity campaigns for a period of two (02) years. All Advertising Agencies enlisted with Press Information Department (PID), Government of Pakistan are invited to submit their applications/profiles, along with creative/artwork (print, electronic, and digital/social media), including concepts and copies, sketches, preliminary designs, storyboards, and scripts, in accordance with EOI document available on PTA's website at www.pta.gov.pk. The EOI document/brief may also be obtained from PTA Headquarters through Email. Bidders/Applicants are required to submit their proposals in a sealed envelope at the office of the Procurement Directorate, PTA HQ, F-5/1, Islamabad, strictly in accordance with instructions provided in EOI documents, on or before 31st August 2026 at 02:30 PM. EOI shall be opened on the same day at 03:00 PM. Expression will be considered under Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure in accordance with PPR Rules, 2004. In case opening date falls on a public holiday, EOI shall be opened on next working day at the same time. In terms of Rules 48 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004 Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is notified for the subject procurement and notification copy is available on the procuring agency's website and on Authority's website at (www.ppra.org.pk). Items being procured: - National and international publicity campaigns handling for PTA - Creative/artwork for print, electronic, and digital/social media - Concepts and copies - Sketches - Preliminary designs - Storyboards - Scripts Agencies must be enlisted with Press Information Department (PID) and comply with PTA's EOI document requirements. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes by the deadline. The procurement follows Single Stage One Envelope method under PPR Rules 2004. Bidders should ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification.
