Expression of Interest for Event Services at Pakistan National Council of the Arts Islamabad

The Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) under the National Heritage & Culture Division invites reputed firms and companies to prequalify for providing event-related services in Islamabad and other locations across Pakistan. PNCA's recurring programme includes exhibitions, festivals, theatre, music performances, conferences, seminars, award ceremonies, national-day programmes, international cultural exchanges, youth activities, and outreach events. Services will be required on an as-and-when-needed basis at PNCA premises and other specified locations. Items being procured: - Event management and coordination - Festival and exhibition organization - Theatre and music performance arrangements - Conference and seminar facilitation - Award ceremony management - National-day programme support - International cultural exchange events - Youth activity and outreach event services The scope covers comprehensive event services including planning, execution, and coordination with relevant stakeholders. Interested firms must have relevant work experience and be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. They must also be listed on FBR's Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and registered with the e-procurement system (EPADS). Bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure.
