Expression of Interest for Financial, Legal and Litigation Services on Closed Framework Agreement

Expression of Interest (EOI) is invited by the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (BPPPA) for provision of financial, legal, and litigation services on a closed framework agreement basis without rates. The procurement will be conducted electronically via the Electronic Public Procurement System (EPPS), and no physical bids are required. Items being procured: - Provision of financial and technical services on closed framework agreement without rates basis - Provision of legal services on closed framework agreement without rates basis - Provision of lawyer / litigation services under the contract framework without rate The scope includes financial and technical advisory services, legal consultancy, and litigation support as per the closed framework agreement. Bidders must have relevant experience with at least 3 assignments of similar nature and complexity. Firms must be active on the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan.
