Rozan, a non-profit organization, invites qualified firms, suppliers, vendors, companies, and individuals to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) for inclusion on the vendor/supplier list for the fiscal year spanning October 2026 to June 2027. The categories for which EOIs are invited include domestic and international air ticketing and visa services, vehicle rental services across Pakistan, IT equipment supply such as computers, laptops, printers, photocopiers, toner cartridges, and IT accessories, IT services including networking, technical support, and maintenance for computers, laptops, printers, and other equipment, insurance services covering group life, medical, and vehicle, 2nd hand equipment and furniture/scrap buyer, and printing and stationery. Items being procured: - Domestic and international air ticketing & visa services - Vehicle rental services across Pakistan - IT equipment supply (computers, laptops, printers, photocopiers, toner cartridges, and IT accessories) - IT services including networking, technical support, and maintenance for computers, laptops, printers, and other equipment - Insurance services (group life, medical, vehicle) - 2nd hand equipment & furniture/Scrap Buyer - Printing and stationery The vendor should possess a minimum of 5 years' experience with an NGO, maintain an established shop or office location subject to verification, hold a valid National Tax Number (NTN), and agree to Rozan's payment terms within 30 days after delivery via cheque only. Interested firms, suppliers, vendors, companies, or individuals should submit a cover letter, registration certificate with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), company profile, and client list. Suppliers may apply for more than one category and should highlight the service category in the email subject. EOIs must be submitted in soft copy to procurement@rozan.org by **August 31, 2026**.
