Pre-Qualification of Firms for Provision of Facilities and Furniture for Military Engineer Services at Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore, and Turbat

The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications along with all credentials for pre-qualification of firms and contractors for the provision of certain facilities and furniture at multiple locations including Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore, and Turbat. The works involve: - Provision of Certain Facilities at Karachi - Provision of Certain Facilities at Islamabad - Provision of Certain Facilities at Lahore - Provision of Certain Facilities at Turbat - Provision of Furniture at Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore & Turbat Firms enlisted with MES in category 'A' & 'B' or other government departments with relevant experience may apply. Applicants must submit a company profile including details of similar works completed in the last five years, list of enrolled manpower with valid PEC numbers, details of tools, plants and machinery held, bank statements for the last two years, and valid NTN, FBR, PEC, and MES registration certificates. Firms not registered or renewing their Pakistan Engineering Council registration by 30th June 2027 will not be considered. Prequalified firms will be required to deposit a bid security equal to 2% of the quoted bid cost in favor of DW&CE (Navy) Islamabad. Tenders must be received at HQ DW&CE (Navy), Sector E-8, Naval Complex, Islamabad by 1130 hours on 28 October 2026 and will be opened the same day at 1200 hours. The evaluation will be based on criteria formulated by HQ DW&CE (Navy), and the lowest evaluated responsive bid will be accepted. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to reject any or all applications as per PPRA rules. Bidders are advised to ensure complete and accurate documentation to avoid disqualification.
