Expression of Interest for Outsourcing MRI Diagnostic Services at Khalifa Gul Nawaz Teaching Hospital Bannu

Medical Teaching Institution (MTI), Bannu invites Expression of Interest from eligible bidders for outsourcing diagnostic services at Khalifa Gul Nawaz Teaching Hospital Bannu under a Public Private Partnership. The service required is specifically for MRI diagnostic services using MRI 1.5 Tesla equipment. Items being procured: - Outsourcing of MRI diagnostic services at Khalifa Gul Nawaz Teaching Hospital MTI, Bannu (MRI 1.5 Tesla and above) The selected private partner will be responsible for the complete life cycle delivery of MRI services including design, financing, installation, establishment, operation, management, and maintenance of the facility. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) where applicable, and must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Earnest money of Rs. 300,000/- is required. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 13-08-2026 at 10:30 AM in the Hospital Director's office. The last date for submission of Expression of Interest (EOI) is 24th August 2026 by 10:30 AM, with opening on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of private parties or their authorized representatives. Bid Solicitation Documents (BSD) and General Instructions to Bidders containing TORs and bid evaluation criteria can be downloaded from www.kgn.gov.pk or obtained from the Procurement Manager's office on any working day for Rs. 3000/-. Bidders must submit an undertaking on certified judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100/- confirming the firm is not blacklisted. Forged or misleading documents will result in disqualification. This outsourcing refers to service delivery under a PPP framework and does not constitute disposal of public assets. Firms must be registered with FBR, Income Tax, and Sales Tax departments. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
