Expression of Interest for Appointment of Tax Advisor for FY 2026-27 and 2027-28

National Power Parks Management Company (Private) Limited (NPPMCL) invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from reputed Tax Consultancy Firms for appointment as Tax Advisor for two fiscal years, 2026-27 and 2027-28. NPPMCL operates two Re-Gasified Liquid Natural Gas (RLNG) based power plants at Balloki, District Kasur and Haveli Bahadur Shah, District Jhang with capacities of 1223MW and 1230MW respectively. Items being procured: - Tax advisory services for FY 2026-27 and FY 2027-28 The Tax Advisor will assist NPPMCL in tax planning, determining complete tax liabilities, ensuring compliance with tax laws, representing the company before tax authorities, and advising on changes in tax laws. The appointment will be on a Quality and Cost Based Method under Procurement of Consultancy Services Regulations, 2010. Eligibility criteria include valid sales tax and income tax registration with PRA and FBR, minimum 20 years of professional experience, experience providing tax services to at least 5 listed companies, 5 public sector/government owned companies, and 3 power sector companies in the last 5 years. The firm must have at least 20 Chartered Accountants employed and at least 6 partners before the publication date. Affiliation and satisfactory rating from ICAP is required for CA firms. The firm must be categorized as 'A' Auditor on the panel maintained by the State Bank of Pakistan under Section 35(1) of Banking Companies Ordinance, 1962. EOIs must be submitted duly signed by a Partner along with documentary evidence on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS - V2.0) on or before 22 September 2026 at 11:00 A.M.
