Pre-Qualification for Construction Works at Mian Nawaz Sharif Engineering and Technology University Kasur

Applications are invited for pre-qualification of contractors through the E Tendering system by the Communication & Works Government of Punjab for construction works at Mian Nawaz Sharif Engineering and Technology University, Kasur. The pre-qualification is for contractors renewed for the year 2025-26 in the Pakistan Engineering Council with specialization codes BC03, CE10, EE04, EE05, ME02, and ME03 for Group-1 and CE10, EE04, EE05, ME02, and ME03 for Group-2, with experience in executing similar public sector works. Items being procured: - Group-1: Construction of Admin Block, Academic Block-1, Library Block, Boundary Wall, 1 No. Overhead Reservoir (O.H.R) 30,000-Gallon, 1 No. O.H.R 20,000-Gallon, and 20,000-Gallon underground Water Storage Tank for fire fighting. - Group-2: Construction of Academic Block-2, Cafeteria / Medical Centre & Student Service Centre, Male and Female Students Hostels, Masjid Block, Residence (BS 18-19), Residence (Grade 20 and above) VC Residence, Residence (Grade 20 and above) Registrar Residence, and Residence (BS 11-14) Multistorey flats. The scope covers comprehensive construction works including civil structures, water storage facilities, and residential accommodations at the university campus in Kasur. Contractors must be registered with PEC under the specified codes and categories and have relevant experience in public sector projects. Registration on the Punjab E-Procurement system and compliance with PPRA rules is mandatory. The last date for submission of pre-qualification documents on the E-Procurement system is 19-10-2026 till 01:00 P.M, with opening at 01:30 P.M. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
