Request for Proposal (RFP) for External Audit Services for FY 2026-2027, FY 2027-2028 & FY 2028-2029

The National Power Parks Management Company (Pvt.) Limited, under the Ministry of Energy (Power Division), Government of Pakistan, Lahore, invites qualified audit firms to submit proposals for providing External Audit Services for three fiscal years: FY 2026-2027, FY 2027-2028, and FY 2028-2029. Items being procured: - External Audit Services for FY 2026-2027 - External Audit Services for FY 2027-2028 - External Audit Services for FY 2028-2029 The scope involves comprehensive external auditing in accordance with applicable standards and regulations. The selection will be based on the Quality and Cost Based Method of Selection of Consultants as per the Procurement of Consultancy Services Regulations, 2010. Interested firms must submit both Technical and Financial proposals. Eligibility criteria include being a registered audit firm with relevant experience and compliance with FBR/ATL requirements. Earnest Money or Bid Security details are expected to be outlined in the attached RFP document. Proposals must be submitted by 24th September 2026 till 11:00 AM.
