External Audit Services for Pakistan Red Crescent Society Financial Year 2024-25

Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS) Islamabad invites applications and quotations from reputed and registered Audit Firms for conducting the Statutory External Audit of PRCS for the Financial Year 2024-25 (01 July 2024 to 30 June 2025). Items being procured: - External Audit Services for Financial Year 2024-25 The scope includes conducting a thorough statutory audit with adherence to applicable auditing standards. Eligible firms must be QCR-rated Audit & Assurance Firms registered with ICAP, listed on the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) Panel of Auditors, and have demonstrated experience auditing Non-Profit Organizations (NPOs) in Pakistan. Firms should have at least two years of relevant audit experience with details of similar assignments. Active NTN and STRN registration is mandatory. Interested firms can obtain detailed information and Terms of Reference (ToR) by submitting a written request on their official letterhead to the Procurement Department at PRCS or via email at procurement@prcs.org.pk. Proposals must be submitted as sealed Technical and Financial Proposals under a Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure, with technical and financial proposals separately sealed and enclosed in one master sealed envelope along with relevant credentials and supporting documents. Key dates include collection of documents on 28 September 2026 from 09:30 AM to 04:30 PM, submission deadline on 30 September 2026 till 03:00 PM, and opening of bids on 30 September 2026 at 04:00 PM onwards. Submissions should be made at the PRCS office located at NHQ, Sector H-8, Islamabad.
