Fabrication, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Hydraulic Mani Dumper Bodies (FORLAND Forties 1.2L)

The Tehsil Municipal Administration Matta Bar Swat invites sealed tenders for fabrication works based on MRS-2025 (1st BI Annual) / Non MRS items. The procurement is for fabrication, installation, testing, and commissioning of Hydraulic Mani Dumper bodies specifically for FORLAND Forties 1.2L vehicles. Items being procured: - Fabrication, installation, testing, commissioning of Hydraulic Mani Dumper bodies (FORLAND Forties 1.2L) per job as per bid. The scope includes complete fabrication, installation, testing, commissioning, painting, and delivery of hydraulic dumper bodies in fully operational condition. A minimum one-year defect liability/warranty period is required from the date of successful commissioning. The chassis will be provided by the procuring entity. The successful bidder must also provide complete operational training to the staff of the procuring entity. Eligibility criteria include active NTN, GST veiled and renewed PFC registration for the current financial year, valid enlistment with the Local Council Board, active KPRA status, and FBR registration as per the government policy. Bidders must be eligible contractors/fabricators/manufacturers registered on the KPPRA web portal and submit bids through E-PADS and registered courier service. PEC specialization codes ME05 (Lifting, Handling and Material Processing Plants) and ME06(i) (Specialized Fabrication and Treatment) are mandatory. Earnest money of 2% of the bid amount is required as call deposit in favor of the Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Matta Bar Swat. Technical and financial bids will be submitted and opened on 14/10/2026 at 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM respectively. Bids must remain valid for 90 days from the closing date. The procuring entity has allocated a fixed budget and only bids within the approved budget will be considered. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the KPPRA rules 2014 (14/2b) and ensure all documents are properly numbered and signed. Any disfiguring or overwriting in the bids will lead to rejection. The work order will be subject to fund availability.
