Annual Frame Work Contract for Road Patchwork, Curb Stone, Signage, Direction Boards, Manhole Raising Faisalabad City FY 2026-27

Municipal Corporation Faisalabad invites electronic bids (E-Bids) from eligible, experienced, tax-registered, financially sound contractors/firms enlisted with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the Financial Year 2026-27. Bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (Punjab e-PS) under the applicable provisions of the Punjab Procurement Rules and Regulations. Items being procured: - Annual framework Contract for Patchwork of Road, Curb Stone, Signage / Direction boards and Raising of Manhole etc. Faisalabad city (FY 2026-27) with estimated cost Rs. 350 Million - Annual framework Contract for Repair and Maintenance of PCC, RCC, Brick Work and Raising of Manhole etc. Faisalabad city (FY 2026-27) with estimated cost Rs. 50 Million - Annual framework Contract for Repair and Maintenance of Tuff Tiles, Providing & Fixing of Tuff Tile, Signage / Direction boards and Raising of Manhole etc. Faisalabad city (FY 2026-27) with estimated cost Rs. 200 Million The scope includes patchwork, curb stone installation, signage and direction board placement, manhole raising, repair and maintenance of PCC, RCC, brick work, and tuff tiles in Faisalabad city. The contracts cover comprehensive civil works for the financial year 2026-27. Eligibility requires contractors to be enlisted with PEC in the relevant category, tax-registered, and financially sound. A bid security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost/value of quoted items must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-PS. Physical financial instruments such as CDRs, Pay Orders, or Bank Guarantees are not accepted. Submission of hard copies is not required. Bids will be opened on 12/10/2026 at 01:00 PM in the Iqbal Hall MCF office. Bidders should ensure their bids are complete, correct, and virus-free. In case the tender amount quoted is 5% below or beyond the estimated cost, the lowest bidder must deposit performance security at 10% of the estimated cost including CDR at the time of tendering. The procurement will be conducted under Single Stage-Single Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules.
