Tender Description
The Local Government, Elections & Rural Development Department Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa through Tehsil Municipal Officer Jandola invites experienced manufacturers, fabricators, suppliers, and firms for the fabrication of solid waste machinery. This procurement is specifically for the city of Jandola and aims to enhance solid waste management capabilities in the region.
Items being procured:
- Supply / Fabrication of Front end loader and Back hoe as per specifications complete in all respect (Qty: 01)
- Supply / Fabrication of 1 – 1.5M3 Mini tipper as per specifications complete in all respect (Qty: 01)
- Supply / Fabrication of Tractor Trolley as per specifications complete in all respect (Qty: 01)
The technical scope includes the fabrication of solid waste machinery with the chassis to be supplied by the Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA). The machinery must meet all specifications and be complete in all respects. The bidders must have NTN, GST, valid and renewed PEC registration, and a 3S facility covering Sale, Service & Spare parts within Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The procurement follows the single stage-two envelope method under KPPRA Rules 2014, ensuring a transparent and competitive bidding process.
Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered on the EPAD link and possess relevant experience and certifications. The technical bids will be opened on the closing date, and financial bids of technically accepted bidders will be opened subsequently. The original two percent bid security in the form of CDR must be submitted in the name of TMO TMA Jandola.
The submission deadline is on or before 18-08-2026 till 11:30 AM, with technical bids opening at 12:00 PM the same day. Bidders must submit their bids electronically through EPADS. Incomplete, conditional, late, or manual bids will not be entertained.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure complete operational training is included in their offer as the successful bidder will be required to provide this to the staff. Also, quoting rates on a FOR basis with free delivery to the TMA office is mandatory. Strict adherence to all tax and regulatory requirements will be enforced.
