326-Renovation Works for Establishment of RAAST Secretariat at 4th Floor BSC House, SBP Head Office Karachi

The SBP Banking Services Corporation (BSC) invites sealed bids for the 326-Renovation Works for Establishment of RAAST Secretariat at 4th Floor BSC House, SBP Head Office Karachi. This procurement is for comprehensive civil renovation works including dismantling of existing masonry, tiles, false ceilings, removal of workstations, glazed aluminum partitions, wooden cabinets, and complete toilet dismantling. The scope also includes supply and installation of high-quality porcelain tiles, granite, wooden strips, kitchen cabinets, glass doors, fireproof metal doors, masonry, plastering, painting, plumbing, electrical works including lighting, power distribution boards, telephone and network cabling, fire detection systems, HVAC works with air handling units, fan coil units, chilled water piping, ducting, and acoustic insulation. The project is located in Karachi, Sindh province, and the contract duration is 200 days. Bidders must be registered with FBR, active taxpayers, and have valid PEC registration in category C-4 or above with relevant specializations. Experience in building works and HVAC projects is required. The bidding process follows National Single Stage-Two Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS).
