Tender Description
The Local Government, Elections & Rural Development Department Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites bids for the fabrication of solid waste machinery for the Tehsil Municipal Officer Hassanzai Torghar. This procurement is aimed at acquiring well reputed and experienced manufacturers, fabricators, suppliers, or firms with valid NTN, GST, renewed PEC Registration, and 3S facility for sale, service, and spare parts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The procurement follows the single stage two envelope method of KPPRA Rules 2014, requiring technical and financial bids.
Items being procured:
- Supply/Fabrication of Front end loader and Back hoe as per specifications complete in all respect (Qty: 01)
- Supply/Fabrication of 1-1.5M3 Mini tipper as per specifications complete in all respect (Qty: 02)
- Supply/Fabrication of Tractor Trolley as per specifications complete in all respect (Qty: 01)
The chassis for the work shall be supplied by the TMA. Bidders must submit their bids through the EPADS e-bidding system by or before 08-Sep-2026 at 11:30 am. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 pm. A bid security of 2% of the total bid price in the form of CDR in the name of TMO TMA Hassanzai Torghar is mandatory. All applicable taxes including sales tax, income tax, KPRA taxes, and stamp duties will be applicable as per government rules. Rates should be quoted on FOR basis with free delivery to the TMA office. The successful bidder will provide complete operational training to the staff. Incomplete, conditional, late, or manual bids will not be entertained. Purchase order will be subject to release of funds. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders with cogent reason as per KPPRA rules.
