Supply of Fan Coil Units at SBP Head Office Karachi

The Engineering Department / State Bank of Pakistan Banking Services Corporation (SBP BSC) invites eligible suppliers, manufacturers, and authorized agents to provide chilled water fan coil units for SBP Head Office Karachi. The procurement is funded under financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through EPADS v2.0 using the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure and Least Cost Based Selection. Mandatory item list: Item 1: supply of 2 TR wall mounted decorative type chilled water fan coil units, quantity 40 Nos., minimum net cooling capacity 22,000 BTU/hr. Item 2: supply of 2 TR concealed ducted type chilled water fan coil units, quantity 2 Nos., minimum net cooling capacity 22,000 BTU/hr. Item 3: supply of 4 TR concealed ducted type chilled water fan coil units, quantity 8 Nos., minimum net cooling capacity 44,000 BTU/hr. Delivery is required at SBP Main Building complex, Engineering Store, I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi, within 120 days, with a 365-day warranty period. Technical compliance includes chilled water operation at 7°C supply and 12°C return, 230V, 50Hz, single-phase power, copper tube and aluminium fin coils, insulated condensate drain pans, washable filters, factory controls, and standard accessories. The 2 TR decorative units require an ABS cabinet and remote controller, while concealed units require galvanized steel casing. Bidders must submit technical brochures, a completed technical compliance sheet, manufacturer or distributor authorization, and evidence of at least two relevant projects worth **Rs. 7.0 Million** or more each during the last five years. Financial capability and FBR NTN or GSTN documentation are also required. The bid security is **PKR 300,000**, payable through an acceptable instrument or bid securing declaration.
