Procurement of Feed Ingredients for Livestock Farms 2026/27

The Livestock and Dairy Development Department Punjab invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers and firms for the procurement of feed ingredients for livestock farms for the financial year 2026/27. This procurement is aimed at ensuring the timely and quality supply of essential feed materials to support livestock health and productivity at government farms in Lahore. Items being procured: - Maize Grain (350 Tons) - Molasses (150 Tons) - Soyabean Meal (240 Tons) - Canola Meal (150 Tons) - Rapeseed Meal (100 Tons) - Soda Bi Carbonate (22.5 Tons) - Calcium Carbonate (30 Tons) - DCP (17 Tons) - Mineral / Vitamin Premix (Lactating) (30 Tons) - Common Salt (17 Tons) - Mineral / Vitamin Premix (Heifer) (10 Tons) - Car Pre Mix (5 Tons) The technical scope includes the supply of high-quality feed ingredients as per the specifications and permissible limits for toxins and contaminants. Bidders must provide a valid source of supply for each feed ingredient, and samples may be required for quality verification. Only those firms with experience in supplying feed ingredients to government or large private sector clients will be considered. All bidders must be registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Earnest Money in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee is mandatory, and the value must be at least 2% of the quoted bid amount. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the office of the undersigned by 11:00 AM on 13 October 2026. Late submissions will not be entertained. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. For best results, ensure all required documents, including past performance certificates and bank statements, are attached to avoid disqualification at the technical evaluation stage.
