Army Remount Veterinary and Farms Headquarter Lahore Cantonment invites sealed bids for the procurement of feed ingredients (Feed Ingredient) for the financial year 2026/27. This procurement is aimed at ensuring the supply of high-quality feed materials for poultry farms under the department's management in Lahore. Interested firms are required to submit their bids in accordance with the technical specifications and quantities detailed in the notice. Items being procured: - Com Grain (110 tons) - Canola Meal (2.5 tons) - Sunflower Meal (58 tons) - Molasses (19 tons) - Di Calcium Phosphate (1 ton) - Calcium Carbonate (1 ton) - NaCl (7 tons) - Toxin Binder (3.60 tons) - Rapeseed Meal (58 tons) The technical scope includes the supply of the above feed ingredients, each meeting the specified quality standards and permissible toxin limits as outlined by the department. Bidders must provide a source of supply for each feed ingredient, and for Canola Meal and Rapeseed Meal, a bank statement is required as proof of capability. The department will strictly evaluate the technical and financial bids, and only those meeting the criteria will be considered for acceptance. Earnest Money in the form of CDR equivalent to 5 percent of the quoted value must be submitted with the bid. All firms must be registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes at the office of the Army Remount Veterinary and Farms Headquarter Lahore Cantonment by 16 October 2026, 10:00 AM. The technical bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
