Maintenance of Bigger Size Afforestation of 12000 Nos. Plants 25% 1st Year Maintenance Coupe 2025-26

The Deputy Conservator of Forests Rawalpindi North Forest Division at Kahuta invites bids for the maintenance of bigger size afforestation involving 12000 plants with 25% plants (3000 Nos.) for 1st year maintenance coupe 2025-26 in Rawalpindi. This procurement is specifically for afforestation and related maintenance services. Items being procured: - Digging of pits earth work per pits being size 2' from mouth 1.5' from bottom and 1.5' deep in round shape (2+1.5)x1/2=3.60 Cft each pit (10800 Cft) - Purchase of Bigger size Chir, Kail Deodar plants including carriage to the planting site by vehicles/animals including loading unloading & handing of plants (1000 Nos.) - Purchase of Bigger size Chinar B Akhrot Amloot, Robenia etc. plants including carriage to the planting site by vehicles/animals including loading unloading & handing of plants (2000 Nos.) - Planting of Plants (3000 Nos.) The work covers earthwork, plant purchase, transportation, and planting at specified sites in Kotli Sub Division Dirikot and Chujana Malot with a total of 3000 plants. The contractor must ensure quality and timely completion as per the work order. The site of work may be shifted or changed if required. The contractor is responsible for all dues and must provide bid security of 5% of the estimated price via Bank Guarantee or online payment through PSID. Eligibility requires firms/contractors registered with FBR, PRA & PEC with code (CE-10) & FC&BR Department having professional tax certificate from Excise & Taxation Department for the year 2026-27 and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (E-Procurement). Bids must be submitted electronically online at www.ep.punjab.gov.pk by 14th October 2026 at 10:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:00 AM the same day. Late bids or incomplete submissions will be rejected. The contractor must annex at least 05 work orders issued by the department. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
