Provision of Fire Brigade Vehicle with Full Equipment for District Council Sujawal

District Council Sujawal invites bids for the provision of one brand-new Fire Brigade Vehicle fully equipped for firefighting duties in Sujawal. The procurement includes supply of a commercial vehicle chassis suitable for firefighting, fabrication of firefighting body with a 4,000-litre water tank and equipment lockers, fire pump with PTO/drive arrangement, hose sets including suction hoses, strainers, couplings and nozzles, roof-mounted water monitor, emergency lights, siren, reflective markings, fire extinguishers, first-aid kit, crew safety equipment, and electrical installation with testing and commissioning. Items being procured: - Brand-new commercial vehicle chassis suitable for firefighting duty - Firefighting body fabrication with 4,000-litre water tank and equipment lockers - Fire pump with PTO/drive arrangement and installation - Hose set including suction hoses, strainer, couplings and nozzles - Roof-mounted water monitor and associated fittings - Emergency lights, siren, reflective markings and safety accessories - Fire extinguishers, first-aid kit and basic crew safety equipment - Electrical installation, testing, commissioning and documentation The vehicle and chassis must be brand new with manufacturer documentation. The water tank capacity must be at least 4,000 litres. Bidders must declare pump performance, discharge pressure, vehicle payload and axle load. Complete equipment list, warranty, delivery schedule and after-sales service arrangements must accompany the bid. Prices should clearly state inclusion of all applicable taxes, registration and delivery charges. The estimated budget for this procurement is PKR 20 million. The contract duration is 12 months from the date of commencement. Bidders must submit bids by 03 November 2026 at 2:00 PM at the office of District Council Sujawal near Civil Hospital Mirpur Bhathoro Road, Sujawal. Bids will be opened on the same day at 3:00 PM. A bid security of 5% is required. Liquidity damages are set at 0.06% of bid cost per day of delay.
