Supply & Installation of Paint Protection Film and Restoration & Upgrade of Toyota Land Cruiser 70 Series

The Directorate General Immigration & Passports, an attached department of the Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan, invites electronic bids from reputed firms registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), relevant Sales Tax Authorities and appearing on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) for the supply & installation of paint protection film (PPF) on twenty-six (26) official vehicles and restoration & upgrade of Toyota Land Cruiser 70 series (1997 model) at the Directorate General Immigration & Passports headquarters in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Supply & installation of paint protection film (PPF) on twenty-six (26) official vehicles (Lot-I) - Restoration & upgrade of Toyota Land Cruiser 70 series (1997 model) (Lot-II) The technical scope includes applying high-quality paint protection film to official vehicles to preserve their exterior finish and performing restoration and upgrade works on the Toyota Land Cruiser 70 series vehicles from 1997, ensuring they meet operational standards. All works shall be carried out in accordance with the bidding documents. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR, have relevant sales tax registration, and appear on the ATL. Bidders must comply with PPRA Rules 2026 and submit earnest money in the form of original Bid Security of Rs.174,876/- for Lot-I and Rs.259,600/- for Lot-II via e-PADS V 2.0 during proposal upload and also submit the physical original copy before the deadline. Electronic bids must be submitted through the e-PADS portal on or before Monday 16th November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted.
